What we’re looking for

Rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission and ranked as one of the South East’s Top 20 recommended home care companies by homecare.co.uk, we’re looking for truly caring people who want to make a real difference to the quality of our clients’ lives to help them live independently in their own homes.  We’d love to hear from you if you can offer lots of empathy and common sense. 

We welcome applications from people with industry experience, but also related professional, personal and voluntary experience.  If you’ve cared for your own parents or children, or if you’re looking for a complete career change, we’d love to talk to you if you think you’ve got the potential to deliver outstanding care.  We’ll give you all the training you need, but you do need to be able to demonstrate that you are committed to a career in care.


We offer

  • Great pay: Gross hourly pay of £12.00 to £15.00.

  • Excellent training: Full induction and ongoing training, including NVQs in Health and Social Care, end-of-life and dementia care training through Hospice in the Weald and specialist training to work with neurological conditions such as stroke, Parkinson’s disease and motor neurone disease through our partnership with Neuro Rehabilitation Kent.

  • Real opportunities to care: Minimum visits of one hour, plus proper travel time.

You need to:

  • Be caring: you’ve got to want to make a positive difference to our clients’ lives.

  • Live locally: in the Tonbridge, Tunbridge Wells or Sevenoaks area.

  • Drive: have a current driving license and access to a car for work.

  • Be flexible: be able to work alternate weekends .

  • Have good references.

  • Be willing to undergo an enhanced DBS check
