As well as the overall rating, inspectors' rate five individual aspects of the service. All About Home Care was rated 'Outstanding' for being safe, caring, well-led, and responsive to people's needs, and as 'Good' for being effective.

We are the only domiciliary care company in West Kent rated 'Outstanding' in 4 or more of the 5 categories. Nationally, there are only around 30 companies providing home care services with such high ratings.
